Miss Lanie

M'Lanie Hunter-Whitehead is a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, holding a BFA in Dance and Drama. She has studied dance intensively beginning as a "Love of Dance"s scholarship winner with Marya Kennett Ballet Theatre. Her professional training at NYU and Broadway Dance Center led her to dance with Jeffery Ferguson, Marilyn D'hono, Bob Rizzo and many other esteemed teachers.

Euro Disney- 50's Revue Dancer,
Broadway on Broadway with Mathew Broderick,
National Gold Medal Choreography 2005 at Macabe Dance Competition.

Platinum and High Gold Choreography Winner at Dance Xplosion Talent Competition 2007
After teaching and performing professionally for the past 12 years, her love of children and extensive experience in the performing arts has led her to developing this collaborative arts program.

Miss DJ

Dara Jenel graduated with a BA in Dance from Desales University. Studied Modern Dance and Ballet technique with acclaimed instructors Trinette Singleton and Vincent Brousseau. Dara has been dancing for 16 years and teaching for seven.

Miss Hannah

Hannah Kerrigan is a former professional dancer with credits such as NYC Ballet Theatre and Ballet Russe of Russia. She is currently teaching Ballet for both students and Adults.

Miss Becky

Rebecca Gallone is currently in her third year of pursuing her B.A. in Dance. She is an alumni of MHD and we are truly proud to have her on staff this year. She is currently teaching Intro to Dance and Beginner Ballet.
